Hope you are all having an incredible spring break! So… do you want to get a restart with that new year resolution? How about that new year new me mantra? Well better late than never. Spring break is the absolute best season for fresh new starts! Start with this protein shake.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 1 Scoop Pure Goodness Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Blend the blueberries, yogurt, milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg in a blender until frothy, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula occasionally. Serve immediately.
